I really like the bag it have great compartments with additional divider and a special separate compartment allowing to have easy access and security. Giving the option to place laptop or private items separately while being hidden while in plain view… it’s very sturdy looks as if it could take and withstand abuse via handlers

Great Design Concept, poor quality shell material
Great design especially for shorter individuals. However, after 1st trip the luggage looked to have been used for years end. Not the quality I expected from Samsonite product.

Great bag but misleading name...
I really like this bag for what it is, and my fault for not researching every airline I may take BUT it is one inch too big all around for a lot of carry ons now. So the name is misleading having Carry On in the name, as I've had gate check my bag now twice for those airlines that are being meticulous right now. For the times it's able to pass, it does fit in the overhead bin. Otherwise, wheels are great and you have to know that with the front laptop pocket, it's going to take space from the inside. With that, this luggage would be PERFECT if it were one inch smaller.

Part broke first use
The suitor side where you secure the hangers (loop) completely unraveled first use. Not worth trying to get a replacement, I’ll just lay my clothes in in that side but still. Shouldn’t unravel first use.
