Really filled the bill
We just took our first trip with the Spinner, and it did great through multiple transfers, held clothes in place, and was easy to push/pull with us. It does show some smudges, to be expected with a lighter color, but I wanted a change from the blue/gray/black cases, and it was easy to spot on the airport carousel.

Excellent for a three week trip to Asia!
Excellent and well built! My only issue, which is expected given the color, is that it does show stains/dirt. Otherwise, the perfect size and luggage for a 3 week trip to Asia! It took everything its way on multiple flights!

Good purchase
Very happy with my purchase. The specific pouch with waterproof lining is really useful and I quite like it. There are so many pockets which make separating easy. I haven't used it for long so I can't speak to it's longevity but so far it's been a very nice purchase.

Disappointed
Just received this suitcase. Beautiful green color. However, the handle is very difficult to pull out and to retract. I will be returning. I went with Samsonite because of perceived quality. Unfortunately this is no longer the case.

Handle not well made
I loved the green color since it will stand out at airport luggage carousels and its light weight. I returned it because the handle which is used to roll the luggage seemed very thin and flimsy and did not smoothly retract into luggage. I’m disappointed. Samsonite needs to spend more time making a sturdier handle which glides in and out. Seems like it will snap at an airport

Greatest Softside Luggage !!!
We bought 2 of these spinners 3 years ago and they have served us extremely well! I am short and luggage needs to roll smoothly down hotel hallways, airports, parking garages, and sidewalks that are usually uneven at best. Because of the dual wheel design, this large spinner handles all surfaces easily. I don't want/need luggage that veers off on its own! I want it to stay right beside me, tracking my movements with ease. These 2 spinners have been amazing workhorses and we are looking to add to our collection. Imagine my surprise that this style is still available 3 years later! My order will be placed today.
