best kitchen knife I've ever owned

I owned a previous version for 25 years. Now I decided to upgrade. I will never regret the choice. This style knife fits my hand and my working habits perfectly. Its in use daily, and I reach for it to slice and chop fruit and veggies with the precision I like. Looking forward to another 25 years.

Great knife

This knife is nicely weighted, it has hollowed divots in the blade, which released vegetables from sticking as I’m cutting. It’s a great tool for my kitchen. It’s the perfect length for larger vegetables one of only 3 knives I need.
