This is THE knife for your home kitchen!

Le Blanc 7inch is a gem!

Absolutely fantastic knife. I've been trying to complete the set for some time and finally got the 7-in slim chef's nice. German steel yet you get the Elegance of a Japanese katana. Can't wait to start using!

I’m happy to have won this knife from a YouTube channel influencer “Downshiftology”. Thank you I have not used the knife yet, but tested it on a piece of copy paper and it sliced like butter, just like in the knife commercials, lol. The knife feels balanced and I have no doubt that it will perform well in my kitchen. Highly recommended .
