Cute but broke twice
Very cute little bracelet but unfortunately has broken twice on me since purchasing it just a month and a half ago. The first time it broke, I called Bloomingdale’s and was told they would exchange it for a new one. Immediately after getting off the phone, I got an email confirming return and refund. I phoned back to make the correction (that it was supposed to be an exchange) and was told it was actually out of stock. Because the refund was in process already, I was told they’d have to charge me for it again since I wanted to keep it. I was guaranteed a refund in the meantime. They offered a $50 gift card to Bloomingdales as I would have to repair the bracelet myself. I then took it to a local jeweler who repaired it for me. I have now been charged twice for the bracelet and am still awaiting a refund. I have been sent an additional gift card for the price of the bracelet instead. I have called again to try to fix the situation and was assured the refund would go through to my card by last week. I am still awaiting the refund. In the meantime the bracelet broke again! I am disappointed with the quality of the bracelet as well as the customer service I have received and cannot recommend this item.
