Beautiful jacket, but why no lining in the back?

Love the look of this piece, but it is a mystery to me how a blazer style jacket priced at almost $800 doesn’t have a lining. The front of the jacket hangs beautifully because it is lined, yet the back which is not a terribly heavy material is unlined. Why wouldn’t Z&G match the front to the back? Couldn’t have been that much of a cost savings…

Gorgeous

I can't say enough about this jacket, it is simply gorgeous. Initially I purchased it with the matching pants but, alas, even the largest size pants were too small. However, the pants are unnecessary as I can wear this jacket with solid pants, skirts, dresses, and even jeans- it makes every outfit beautiful. The vibrant colors and the floral brocade pattern are lovely. Very high quality fabric and workmanship.
