Junior chef , first nice knife
This is the first nice chef knife i have invested in since starting my culinary career and the difference that a high quality knife makes is huge. This knife holds a hone for a quite a while and is incredibly sturdy. I find the 6inch way earlier to control than an 8 inch and makes my work much more efficient. I'm incredibly happy with my purchase!
