Wanted a knife a little
Wanted a knife a little smaller than an 8-inch blade. This knife fits the bill. Gorgeous - and it feels great in your hands. I'm loving it.

I love her
I wanted a shorter knife because I have a child's hands and the 8 and 10 inch ones I had were a little hard for me to wrangle sometimes. This one is great and soooo sharp, I can really get my onions minced nicely with it. My favorite part is the handle which is very soft, it feels like velvet wood. I love using her and she will NEVER go in the dishwasher.

Gorgeous
Gorgeous knives with lovely olive wood handles. My husband and I bought the 6", 8" and pairing knife. The knives are perfectly balanced. We actually think we may prefer the 6" to the 8" Chef Knife. It is a joy to cut food with.

Great feeling knife
Very balanced, makes prep cutting fun. I like the steel forged blade, holds its sharp edge. Taking care of the wood is easy. Hoping to add to the set.

Excellent Knife
I love the feel of this knife. It fits very well and is incredibly sharp. I like that the blade is a little more rounded towards the tip of the knife, which lends well to the rock-and-chop motion I was taught to use when chopping veggies, herbs, etc.
