Nice quality.

I exchanged a 10 for an 8 becasue these pants run large and they still looked too baggy. (I wear a 10 or 12 in Theory, depending on the pants.) The fabric is a high-quality cotton that will soften after a few washings. I think they are good for apple and more straight body types vs. narrow waist women because there is a lot of extra gathered fabric below the waistband (I have a 31" waist and 41" hip). The tie at the waist is not necessary and can be removed.
