Little kitchen powerhouse
Still getting to know my new machine. It makes short order of pretty much anything you give it. I have yet to try the other bowl blades. I give it 4 stars because of how loud it is. Otherwise, it really is like a little sherman tank on your kitchen counter :-)

Love it
I am loving my new kitchen system! Having both the blender and food processor in one is fantastic. The lid is taking some getting used to; I was accustomed to the 'turn and lock' style, and this 'snap' version can be a bit more difficult to manage. Otherwise, the features are amazing, and the results are even better than expected.

Never received item
I am livid with customer service. This has been in process for three weeks, and was just cancelled. I’ll be cancelling my Bloomingdales credit card from this and taking my business elsewhere.
Worth every penny
I had been wanting to upgrade my original Vitamix because it was annoying trying to get food out from under the blade of the narrow base container. So when my non Vitamix food processor died I bit the bullet. This thing is great and I use it practically every day. From grating cheese, making peanut butter, bread crumbs, pie crusts; it makes quick work of it. Only downside is it is so expensive. While it is worth every penny, it would take awhile for it to pay for itself, and perhaps more people could say no to over processed shelf stable crap if it was more affordable.

This is a true upgrade over most home blenders.
This is a great system with the food processor attachment. This is new for us and only a couple of months old. The motor is very powerful. However, I have been able to push it to its limits. I make some of the thickets smoothies I can. Frozen fruit galore, I will add fresh oranges for liquid and that's about it. I start with the oranges and add my protein powder and possibly some chia seeds. I blend this, then slowly add the frozen fruit. This mix is challenging for the blender. The X2 does get the job done better than any other blender I've tried, where were a Ninja brand and a Cleanblend professional. I expected a night and day difference, but did not see such a huge leap. The X2 is much better and smoother, but it did not pass my smoothie test with flying colors. I do have one issue. The lid for the smart prep food processor is awkward putting on and taking off. Otherwise, the system is great, powerful, and well designed.

Would recommend, but all plastic accessories
Overall super happy with this purchase. The blender feels really high quality, there aren't any nooks or crannies for smoothies to get spilled into (my ninja had real problems with smoothies leaking into the motor). Subtracted 1 star because a lot of the attachment pieces are plastic and it makes me nervous that they won't last as long. For the price I would anticipate that the accessories would be the same sturdiness as the actual body of the blender but they feel pretty cheap (I wish they were made out of glass or with connection points that are less tab like (plastic tabs feel like they'll break)) . With that said, I'm super happy with the purchase overall and would certainly buy from them again.
