Disappointing V&B Flatware

I got this flatware at less than half the price so can’t complain too much. That said, I’m being generous with 3 stars. The pieces are light weighted and water spots are a problem. Given the original price (over 500$) and the sale price of 229$, the quality is a poor value and does not favorably represent Villeroy & Boch.

Beautiful set but disclaimer on small spoons

While this is a beautiful set, I am a little disappointed on the size of the small spoons. They are more like espresso spoons. Also, I am hoping this set will not change with dishwasher use.

Good quality but light weight.

I'm happy with my purchase. I expected the metal to be heavier, but it's actually quite light. Good quality silverware. Villeroy & Boch is a trusted brand.

High quality and elegant

I love this set. I’ve received multiple compliments on it. It has a good solid feel without being overly heavy or clunky. Elegant modern design that stacks well in the drawer. Only draw back is finding the serving pieces to go with it. I had to order them from Europe from some online store. Doesn’t seem like they’re sold in the US anywhere.
