Significant quality control issues

Hello, I recently ordered six sets of Villeroy & Boch flatware from Macy’s, and I’ve noticed several quality issues. Two dinner knives have double-printed logos, three small spoons have dark gray marks and dents that won’t come off, and one small fork also has gray marks that do not clean off. Out of six sets, six individual utensils are with notable manufacturing flaws.

Wonderful design and weight

I love the look and weight of this flatware. The only drawback is it does show fingerprints easily. But I liked enough to ask for it for Christmas and now have service for 8.
