Beautiful and practical!

What kind of customer service is this ?

I am no happy at all. The items came damaged. Promptly I chatted online, sent photos and asked replacement. However, I received an email that it would be refunded. So far, no replacement and no refund.

Beautiful

Lovely wide bowl, not particularly deep, excellent for serving when you’re just having a large salad for dinner, or a soup that is hot and you want the extra surface area for it to cool. Makes for a lovely presentation as a ramen dish as well. Its large diameter makes a statement, while lack of being deep helps keep portions in control. Very pleased
