Small and quaint. Nicely though.

Excellent to pour tea from a pot of it into. Go for the matching saucer . Believe me: you'll feel "better off" just looking at it, knowing it's yours. It actually makes whatever you're drinking from it feel more soothing as you bask in the tranquility of the moment, (or not.) Either way, I like it. It is pretty small though, I think around maybe only six fluid ounces. i.e. less than an eighth ounce cup unless you want it near overflowing and spilling over the side on you, in which case, ideally onto it's matching saucer made just for this cup, rather than onto the floor, spoiling and disturbing the magic of the moment.

Unfortunate feel to the texture

I normally love VB and don’t actually want my feedback to be public. I just want VB to know that the texture of these black coffee cups is like chalk on a blackboard. They feel so nasty. So dry on the skin I can’t believe they would be popular with anyone! Realising I’d made such a big mistake all I could do was sigh, hide them in the back cupboard and buy elsewhere. I would recommend other VB products just not this particular set.

Villeroy & Boch Manufacture Rock Coffee Cup

Perfect coffee cups for after dinner coffee. They are made very well, modern, yet elegant. As other reviewers have mentioned, these coffee cups are smaller than a coffee mug. I purchased the black color and absolutely love them.
