Expected better from Veronica beard

I was looking forever for a great simple black skirt that was high waisted in cotton. First the quality of the fabric is not worth close to 400.00.thin and cheap quality. I expected nicer cotton for this price. Plus it ran small. I’m usually size small/4 and this was tight on my waist. Maybe this will go on sale and then I’ll buy it
