don’t like the delivery

I can’t understand how a close $700 bag can be delivered so carelessly. The bag came in plastic bag without a dust bag, completely squeezed from all sides. looks like a bag from discount store. Very disappointing

Unsatisfied

It’s a beautiful bag a little small. Not worth the money. The reason for my low star rating is the delivery service. The bag was delivered in used condition and missing strap. Bloomingdale’s can do better than shipping a used bag with missing parts.

Disappointed but keeping it

I originally ordered the dash bag in suede but my order was canceled 4 times. I am really sad with Bloomingdale’s customer service, I had to wait till the next day to call and speak to someone in customer service. Then! by then the bag was sold out. I got so frustrated and ordered the leather dash in burnished because i wanted this new bag and its okay, the larger version is too big and i find this one is slightly too small. If your on the fence dont get it, I recommend the purse brand Demellier, better design and quality.
