Do not buy- low quality

(Dec 2023) Initially I was excited to see Uppababy produce a diaper bag, but was quickly disappointed. After very light use, the inner lining started to break away from the shell then the zipper became stuck in all the mess. I reached out to uppababy customer service and they only could replace the bag and declined my request for a refund because the bag had been used. In my eyes the replacement was a short term fix. I was not convinced that the quality had improved enough to not go through this cycle again in two months. (Update Aug 2024) Customer service convinced me to take a replacement. Unsurprisingly, I encountered the same poor quality as the first bag. This time it took a few months to fall apart. I'm not dealing with their customer service again, I will just switching brands. *new moms* While we love our stroller, car sear, and travel bags, steer clear of this diaper bag. Save yourself the headache and go with another brand.

Lasted ridiculously short time

We used this as our primary diaper bag (baby in daycare so this was only in use on weekends after 12 weeks), and it completely fell apart. The inner lining began to fray and shred and is now a complete mess. My husband reached out to uppababy about the warranty and they said since we were not able to produce the receipt from when we purchased they could do nothing to help. At least it matched our stroller lol, even if it is a joke to use.

Liner seam ripping apart only 6 months in

I've only had this bag for 6 months and the lining has torn inside the main compartment. Photo attached.

So far 5 stars

I have yet to actually put the diaper bag to use but so far so good. The bag has many pockets and zippers in it so that will be great for holding multiple baby items. I love the insulated holder that it came with, I think I will get great use out of it. I also love the fact that it has two top clips that will attach to my vista stroller. It saves me from having to carry the bag or having to use my bottom storage for the diaper bag. Instead I can just clip it on the stroller which will also be beneficial to give me easy access. So far I love it
