Not quality bag. no warranty

I do not recommend getting this suitcase - get away brand instead. After owning my suitcase for a little over a year, it ripped in the seam / zipper part of the suitcase. There was no reason for it to rip as there was only clothes / nothing sharp in the bag. When I contacted Tumi, they only gave me 300 dollars for an over 800 dollar suitcase. You are not paying for high quality you are only paying for the brand name
