excellent bag but useless out dated USB A port
very good good quality. much higher than the average bag the USB port is supposed to be USB C but the one I received was USB B (the old plug). The website says it is USB C. This is a useless USB port. This was a deal breaker for me, so I retuned the bag. I really wanted the bag and I tried to connect with TravelPro to see if it was sent to me accidently. got to dead end in all of my attempts.

OK. Not Great. Some Quality Control Issues.
The bag is certainly functional. However it is brand new and the extending handle is already loose and rattling around. The wheels roll extremely well, but they constantly do not roll straight. I expected more from Travel Pro. I travel for a living. I do not see this bag lasting more than a year because the handle will bend and not collapse properly.

I will like this after getting used to it.
It is a great carry on so far. It will take a little getting used to in order to pack it well. The interior is pretty small but I think I will like it in the long run because of the accessible zippered pockets on the outside.

Well Executed Roller Bag
Just received this bag and my initial impressions are very positive. Attractive, rolls true, and “just” holds my Anker power bank with cord attached in the provided pocket. The main compartment seems a bit small compared to my smaller Tumi hard side, yet will compare and report later. The USB outlet on the back is still an “A” connector, yet had read elsewhere it is now a “C”. The extendable handle works flawlessly and adjusts to the right heights. It also fits perfectly with my Platinum Elite business backpack..
