Sheer Elegance

Notice that this is referred to as a top as a description, however, it is not quite a blouse, a shirt or a jacket, it is a combination of all of these. The top is very pretty and elegant so even though they show it with jeans, I would pair it with a dressy black skirt. The top is lined so need to worry about having to wear a camisole underneath it.
