Tiny Blessings Earrings

The website says that are for big girls. That is false. The posts are very short and are not able to go all the way through a 6 year old ears. Meant for infants. Bloomingdales needs to change the description and be responsible for what third party vendors write. Tiny Blessings customer service was of no help to me when I tried to return the earrings to them. I would not recommend.

No Blessing At All

Beware of ordering from this third-party Utah vendor. In fact, don’t. After I received an email telling me the earrings were in transit, I checked my online account to find that the order had been cancelled. Truly. Apparently, the heart shape in yellow gold was suddenly out of stock. I called customer service and with their help I ordered another style—the first letter of my granddaughter’s name. When the box arrived, it contained a completely different style . Disgusted, I returned it to the store and was told that a refund would not appear on my account until the vendor received the returned earrings from Bloomies. I now have to start looking for earrings to buy in time for holiday gift giving. This has been a total disappointment and inconvenience. I won’t be surprised if I have to call customer service to track down my refund.
