Spacious, but the water bottle pouch is terrible

I really like this backpack. It is spacious, fits my huge laptop and my tablet. My gripe with it is the water bottle mesh sucks. I dont use an over sized water bottle, just a regular owala, and it rips the mesh within a month of use. This has happened twice.

Jam packed with organizing. Well designed.

Great all around bag. I am a larger framed person, though I have lost about 40 pounds since getting it and it is extremely comfortable. Pretty much every other pack I've tried isn't as comfortable. I've had mine for about 8 years and used it to carry just about everything. It even fits the Timbuk2 Snoop camera insert sideways because of the full side zip. This allows me to carry and protect my expensive camera and 3 lenses, battery packs, charger and more inside. I can also carry my 15" macbook pro and ipad with all of my camera gear in the double sleeve laptop pocket, and love the dual accessibility that makes side access easy in a pinch, especially for TSA or getting into secured areas with scanners. I also love the hard side eyeglass zip case on the side. I managed to hide an air tag credit card behind the shell in case it gets lost or stolen. Plenty of pockets and organizing. If I could improve two things - it would be to make it a bit larger, maybe 5-7L more would make it ideal for travel for me to add an extra day of clothes for travel. The other thing, there is a black rubber strip between the buckles that is flaking off now. Maybe finding a more durable fabric would be better.

Worth it

Purchased a month ago for commuting to work, so far it’s been great. Well made with lots of pockets to keep you organized. Water bottle pocket actually holds the bottle securely!

Great backpack for biking

This was a gift for someone who commutes to work via biking. So far, they love it. It’s been raining all week, and their stuff has been protected. They love the pockets and ease of grabbing their computer from the side. Only complaint is that the key lease is too short, so they added a retractable leash to add length.
