Great backpack missing one thing...
The 27L Thule Subterra 2 has been a great purchase overall. There is plenty of room for a laptop, tablet, the latest hardcopy to read while also having space for a jacket should the weather turn and space for all of the little items, earbuds, pens, etc. My only critique is that the external side pocket for a water bottle is a little short and that it does not have enough elastic to properly hold smaller bottles in place. It would be great if Thule added an elastic band to secure the top of any water bottle or umbrella to the backpack.

Backpack with lot of utility
The materials are great. The compartments and the pouches are well thought and helps with good organization. Overall great bag pack and good looking as well. Two cons are one is the price is on the higher end and two, the bag is a bit sturdy and too strong which makes putting and removing things a little inconvenient but this is something you will get used too, so you can pay the price then this is great bag and is very good water proof as well

Great Product
I won a Thule rollerbag a couple years ago and it has been my favorite piece of luggae i have ever owned. Wanted to try this backpack and i was not disappointed. The quality of the bag is unmatched, down to the pockets and zippers. It also has a very clean look which compliments my Thule luggage. Highly recommend

4.5/5 I wish it had more pockets on the front half
Overall I really like this pack. It's spacious in a useful way, most of the pockets are thoughtfully laid out. It's comfortable to carry, even with some weight in it. I've probably at max had 25 pounds of kit in there and it still carried really well. My only real complaint, is that I wish the pocket situation in the front half of the pack was a bit more realized. Like a bit more thoughtful subdivision of the larger pockets, and maybe another zipper pocket or two would have been perfect. As it stands, the pack is great, and I have no show stopping complaints. Only little nitpicks about how the pack could be made perfect for *my* needs.

Perfection
Everything I was looking for- sleek beautiful design, lightweight, comfortable straps, spacious, just the right number and configuration of pockets and zippered compartments, and a luggage sleeve so I can put it on top of my roller luggage. I had been looking for years for something like this. I hope you start to advertise it more so people can discover your product because this is travel backpack perfected.

Great Backpack
Have been looking for a good quality backpack. Granted I didn't want to spend as much as I did but you get what you pay for. So far the backpack is great, could be a litle larger but it is doing the job I need.

Great bag with some downsine
Subterra2. Bought this bag for a trip in Europe. It did allow me to be well organized. It is water proof as a wave picked it up and had to get it back in the sea but none of my items where wet. Only downside but important one, it is really rigid, I had problems to make it fit under the seat in the plane so ended up with it between my leg for several hours. It was not full or overloaded, it is just really bulky.
