Best backpack I've ever had.
This is truly the best backpack I've ever owned, in every respect. It feels incredibly durable, and has some nice structure to it. And the setup of the compartments is just awesome. There are 3 different ways to access the main compartment, and then there are tons of small storage options throughout. I'm considering buying a second one, because I'm worried that they could discontinue it by the time my current one wears out. Whoever designed this thing deserves an award.

I've had the bag for about a month now. I use it mostly for work. Easily carries all of my essentials and my laptop. It's comfortable and sturdy. I would definitely recommend.

Great material, Great pockets!
I've had this backpack for a few weeks now and i love it! The side access is really helpful. Theres plenty of places to put your things, some hidden pockets as well. the only thing that is annoying is the clasp on the front of the bag. its tough to get it open and closed.

Long lasting backpack
This is a great and sturdy backpack for my high schooler. It has lots of options/pockets for organization and feels very well made. I am hopeful that it will hold up for all four years!
Not comfortable at all!
I hunted for months for a work backpack, and was so hopeful this would be the one! It was SO uncomfortable!! Would not recommend.

Does the job as it should
Have really enjoyed using this bag over the past few weeks. I've worn it riding my bike to work, on public transit, and used it for a weekend trip. Pros: - Full access to the main compartment is great. - Strikes a perfect balance between roll-top and zip top. - Compresses down naturally when not fully loaded. Cons: - A few more flat pockets within the main compartment of the bag would be nice. Just some ways to carry small items (pens, chargers, etc) on the interior of the bag. - Shoulder straps could have a method for wrapping the excess strap to keep it from dangling. - A bit tall for my short torso, as the bag doesn't rest on my lower back but instead the top of my hips. I am 5' 6" and have a shorter torso. - While the fabric seems very abrasion resistant, it holds dirt a bit more than I'd like. Can be brushed away with a fine bristle brush, but something with a bit tighter of a weave could be nice.
