Been using this backpack for a few weeks and I am very happy with it. I'm 5'2" and at first I was afraid that it was too big on me, but it's proven to be the perfect size. I've used it to go to work and as a personal item along with my carry-on during travel. It is very easy to access everything in the back with the three openings and the pocket in the front. When I first purchased the backpack, I was afraid that the front pocket would not be easy to use and I am happy to say that I was wrong. It fits both my cell phones and my wallet and any extra receipts or tidbits I pick up as I go through my day. the side pocket organizers are very handy and the water bottle pocket is spacious. I haven't figured out how to use the mesh pocket in the main compartment since I keep my cables in their own bag, but the two laptop/tablet compartments are perfect for organizing my items. I put my laptop in the back sleeve and my notebook and kindle in the middle sleeve. When fully packed on my back, it is not heavy, but I have not walked for hours with it on. The most was about a 30 minute walk from one terminal to another. Finally, the expandable roll top is very practical. I appreciate that it can be rolled down when the extra space is not needed and that when it is needed, it provides ample amount of extra room and still closes securely. I was able to add my lunch to the top of my regular carry while at the airport and it did not add an uncomfortable amount of weight or change how the backpack felt. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. The only thing that is still unknown is the durability. The materials feel substantial though so I am optimistic.

Tall and slim and difficult to use
This Thule Paramount 24L Backpack is sturdy and made really well. However, I didn’t like how tall and slim it is. It is very difficult to get items in and out of it. I didn’t understand having three ways to get into the backpack main compartment. None of them were easy to use. I use a backpack on a daily basis to tote things around a city. Maybe if I were camping or something this might work well, but I just didn’t like it for my needs. Also, what in the world is with that upper roll thing at the top? Seems excessive and not useful for anything in particular. I like the materials, I like how slim it feels on my back, but I didn’t like having to put things in or take them out. I also didn’t feel like it has enough compartments for what I need daily. As a daily city commuter, I’d take a pass on this one.

Tons of Space!
This is the perfect travel/camping bag. I like to see this as an in between for a normal backpack and a hiking/camping bag. It’s is so spacious you can fill all your things and still have room. Has tons of organization built in with multiple pockets in each opening. I love how lightweight it is, as well as durable. The sleek design is what will get me to use it any chance I get!

Top notch backpack
I’m a teacher so I haul this to school and back in complete comfort. I also love to travel and will be packing this up for my trip to NYC. It takes backpack to a new level and is worth every single penny. All of the compartments are well thought out and I can store it all in this bag. Travels ahoy!!

Interesting
The backpack is a really sturdy design but I find the roll top to be a weird feature. The other zip pockets are nice and easily accessible to get your items inside without going through the roll top.

So functional
Everything fits in this bag… i like that i can use it for work, school, and even hikes! Will definitely be sharing it with my boyfriend because he loved it too!
