not a jacket

I ordered this thinking it is more like a jacket my son can wear in the fall. This is simply a very thin fleece hoodie. They used to make them better quality and thicker. Not sure why they’re calling it a jacket. I returned it

wrong tag wrong size

This is second time im ordering for same jacket and unfortunately both times on the tag shows XL and I order XL because it’s should be from 18 years old to 20 years old and unfortunately both times on the tax shows XL 14 to 16 years old. Can somebody explain to me what’s going on
