Cute hat but a few design flaws

I ordered this hat online and when I received it I really loved it. The material is very soft to the touch and the color is beautiful. I also got it under $50 on a Friends and Family coupon but I am unfortunately going to return it. The brim is just too large in circumference. I feel like it takes up a lot of space on my head, and it could be about 2 inches smaller in diameter. Second, the hat is very flimsy - there is very little 'structure' to the hat and it kind of flops around a bit too much. Lastly, the crown is too shallow and too large. I feel like its not sturdy on my head. It does have a string to adjust the headband size but it doesn't stay put. I prefer hats with a built-in elastic headband that fit better and stay on. If the wind were to blow, this hat would come of in a second. So for those reasons, I just ended up not loving the hat and will return it.
