Not for me

The dress was nice, but unfortunately not for my body type. The cut of the dress is for someone with a short torso and long legs because the it cinches in at what is supposed to be the waist area, but that was falling around my hips.

A Beautiful, Classic Black Dress

I am 5'5" and about 105 lbs. The size 2 fits me well, and is very flattering. The fabric is the perfect weight and the dress is absolutely lovely. It can easily be worn with or without a slip underneath. The over-stitching on the seams is beautiful - however, that would make alterations more difficult. At 5'5" the length comes down to my knees (a little longer than on the model), which is the perfect, classic length. It was exactly what I was hoping for. This classic dress can be dressed up or down, depending upon the occasion. My husband loves it on me!
