husband loves it! it's great quality. may be difficult for some to clean due to size and weight. not for the faint armed.

Beautiful workhorse

First Staub product, very happy - the 7qt is large and a little weight, but no more so than the slightly smaller Lodge this replaced. The graphite is gorgeous. I bought this specifically because I wanted a large dutch oven for making chili, and the first outing did not disappoint - chili came out perfect. I'm looking forward to roasting, bread-making, and all of the tasty, tasty stews that will come out of this. Love it.

Our favorite Pot!

We researched other brands and loved the color, style and finish on this one. We've been using it for a couple weeks and it is our go-to pot for 3+ meals a week! LOVE IT!

Addicting!

This is the 4th cocotte that I brought and the largest one I have. I used it for everything and especially to make soup. I love it and I can't wait to build up my collection even more.

Perfect Gift!

Bought this as a gift for my wife! She loves it. A beautiful fixture on the stovetop. The black enamel coating made it very easy to clean. 7 QT is a good size for cooking large meat pieces or whole chicken. Perfect for a family who loves meat stews and soup.

The greatest addition to my kitchen- staub cocotte

This product is used weekly in my kitchen! These cocotte’s work great on my electric stove top and even better transitioning to the oven. The look and graphite color is eye catching and even better is the easy clean up. I am so thankful for the quality and purchase of my cocotte!

Large & In Charge

This 7qt round Flat Cocotte is perfect for cooking large recipes that require simmering, baking, oven roasting, etc. We bought the 7qt because most recipes inevitably undersell the size of the cooking vessel and you end up running out of room…not with this guy! Ample room for large quantities. We love it so much we’ll be buying a smaller 4qt soon.
