One of the best and versatile Dutch oven.

One of the best pots I ever have. Big enough for making one pot dinner for a family of four, it has tall wall and wider bottom than regular cocotte, very versatile, can be used for not only for making soup, but also for searing, stir fry, even deep fried.

My First Staub and Not My Last

This was my first Staub piece and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The functionality is superior to anything I have used to date in my culinary history, and I was thrilled with the option of a mid-range size that works for my small family. Elegant Cooking with Staub

I have cooked with Staub cast iron cocottes, braisers, and other similar pieces for many years. They are all excellent in design and colors. The taste and texture of the ingredients are preserved in the cooking process; and the food is served from the cooking pot to the table. Currently, prices are very attractive in advance of imminent price increases. It's a delight to cook with Staub.

Incredible cookware

This Dutch Oven is just beautiful! I have made Swedish meatballs, bread, stew and a pork loin in it. It just cooks so nice and even. I really love the color and size. It was so very easy to clean. This is my fifth Staub piece.

Gorgeous piece

This cocotte is beautiful, looks like old style cast iron but with the enameled inside it’s so much easier to use and clean. Also never needing to season it!
