Elegant Cooking with Staub

I have cooked with Staub cast iron cocottes, braisers, and other similar pieces for many years. They are all excellent in design and colors. The taste and texture of the ingredients are preserved in the cooking process; and the food is served from the cooking pot to the table. Currently, prices are very attractive in advance of imminent price increases. It's a delight to cook with Staub.

Staub Ceramic 4-Piece Baking Dish Set – Review

This Staub ceramic baking set is fantastic quality, exactly what you’d expect from the brand. The pieces feel sturdy and bake evenly, and the different sizes are perfect for a single person or a couple — not too big, not too small. I do wish the white colorway looked a little more refined, though; it comes across a bit dull compared to Staub’s other finishes. Still, for performance and practicality, this set is a great addition to any small kitchen.
