They break every 2 years
So these are the best headphones, I have ever owned. However, I have bought 2 pair and they have both snapped on the right ear cuff. They seem to do it right at the 2year mark. I tried calling to get it repaired, apparently the don’t make replacement parts. I still recommend these headphones, but if your an introvert who uses there headphones almost daily to avoid people 😂 you’ll be buying them every 2 years.

Horrible.
I’m sick of these. Don’t try to pair any new device ms because it takes about 10 years and multiple tries. Trying to skip a song, rewind, or pause. Don’t even try, it won’t work. That is unless your shoulder happens to brush it, then it does every single action. Do yourself a favor and buy bose.

Good sound poor craftsmanship
So my husband loves these headphones for the noise cancellation and the sound quality, unfortunately we’ve had issues with these lasting…. First pair we had to send in on warranty because the headband part came detached from the ear piece (which seems like a common issue after I started looking into it) now the replacement pair won’t charge after 14 months of use…. For this price I’d expect they last for YEARS

No Manual or Instructions, over complicated
This device has too many features that get in the way of using it, and it has no instruction manual (using WORDS) to explain how to use it. If you spend a lot of time you can download all sorts of videos and apps (that want to update themselves first), and ultimately you can find a 151 page pdf instruction manual you can download. Yeah. That many pages to tell me how to turn on and use a pair of headphones. Ridiculous.

So it picks up too much feedback I thought I invested in a pair that could do music and communication but this has been the worst set ive ever had

The best headphones ever had!
I honestly had high expectations for this product and was amazed to discover they were far exceeded in every respect. The materials, construction, and finish are some of the best I've seen. The sound is clean and clear, and it's highly customizable via the app on your phone or with your favorite equalizer. They're extremely comfortable.

Will not play CD's with noise cancel function.
I do not use Bluetooth and I bought this to use with my portable CD player, HOWEVER... The unit must be turned OFF in order to play my CDs. Thus I can not use the NOISE Cancelling feature AT ALL. Is there some way around this problem, if not , i will likely return the unit to the store.

In response to your inquiry, you absolutely can use the noise canceling feature while connected to your portable CD player with the headphone cable! The key is to ensure the unit is powered ON when you're using it with your portable CD player. When the headphones are turned on, even if you're connected with the cable and not using Bluetooth, the noise cancelling technology is active. If the headphones are turned OFF, they'll still pass audio through the cable, but you won't experience the active noise cancelling or the optimal sound quality the WH-1000XM4 is known for.
