I got these headphones 2 days ago and they are incredibly good. I like how these headphones connect to my phone and PC at the same time so that after a call, its goes back to playing my music. The Sony Headphones Connect is a must have if you care about fine tuning your audio, connecting to 2 devices, and 360 reality audio. The 50 hour battery life is good if you play your music non-stop. The only think I don't like about this product is after 30 minutes of use, it starts to hurt my ears. I would recomend this product for anyone who is new to buy wireless headphones from Sony

Too Bass heavy for my taste
I think the headphone provides good audio provided you like more bass. I prefer better midranges where bass does not over power everything else. I did not like the app that is to used with headphones.

It broke after just a few months
Sounds great and was easy to connect but one side of the headphone fell off. Called support and they said it’s not covered by warranty. Really cheap construction and not built to last. Save your money for a manufacturer that stands behind their product.

Long-lasting and durable
I bought two of these over two years ago. One was a backup that I've only recently had to pull out of where I had it in storage. I'm ND and heavily rely on noise-canceling headphones. These were absolutely perfect. I practically lived in them and they held up through cracks, breaks, and even brief water damage. I've had to retire my first pair and am using my backup now, but I will definitely be getting another one once I need it. Highly recommend this product.

Wireless Headphones
They won't connect to my PS4 AT ALL! And there was no instruction manual included

Please note that the WH-CH520 is not officially compatible with the PS4 via Bluetooth. There are a few alternative solutions you might consider: - If your TV supports Bluetooth with the A2DP profile, you may be able to pair your WH-CH520 headphones directly to the TV. The PS4 audio will then transmit to your TV and be sent wirelessly to the headphones. - You can use a USB Bluetooth adapter that plugs into the PS4. However, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee compatibility. For the best experience, we recommend using headphones that are specifically designed for use with PlayStation systems, like our INZONE Gaming Headsets/Earbuds. These will ensure full compatibility. Nice But...
I needed to replace my BT headphones by another manufacture. The price point was reasonable. But, the sharpness of treble was dull, surprisingly.

Poor Quality - Do Not Buy
Bought these for school, but the plastic hinge chipped after very light use — clearly poor material quality. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed confused about their own warranty, initially claiming it only covered software. After hours on the phone, they finally acknowledged it covers physical defects and opened a case — only to close it later with no explanation. Extremely disappointed. I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.
