Not a great product, even worse customer service

When I tried this unit in store I was blown away by how good it sounded, and it does sound good… when it’s working. After owning the system for nearly a month, the amp for the rear sub woofer started having issues where one channel just stopped working. For a system one month old, that is absolutely unacceptable. Ok fine, that is what warranty is for right? lol yeah right I file the claim, get the label, send it back. All pretty routine. Fast forward 2 weeks, there’s been little to no communication, so I decided to follow up. It turns out, Sony contracts warranty work to a third party called encompass, and surprise surprise… they can’t locate my unit. Long story short, I reach out to Sony directly, only to be told “we need you to send back the ENTIRE system for diagnostics, here’s another label”. They waited 2 weeks to tell me they basically have done nothing, and I need to package up this behemoth system, which would also put me without any audio for god knows how long. Needless to say, I’ll be sending back the entire system alright, but it’ll be in exchange for a Samsung. Get your S**t together Sony, this is unacceptable for a company of this size and stature.

New home sound system

The design is so clean and sleek. Was definitely excited to receive and put this together to start a new sounds system at home. The instructions are good to follow and installing was fun and a good set up. Simple remote control, that needs batteries. The sounds quality was superb and amazing. Got loud when needed and made listening enjoyable. Thank you

Very sleek and strong device

The design is very sleek and modern, it fit well with my living room. I love how easy it was to install it with just a few plugs into the system. The connectivity was strong and effective! Sound quality is very nice and I enjoyed listening to my favorite album of all time to test it out. This is a very quality product and I believe Sony has outdone themselves with this set.

Grey crystal clear sound

Just moved and have to reset it up but it’s been amazing this far. The quality of the structure and sound is amazing. The design is sleek and very very cool. For the money I do t know if there’s a better sound system. My e something comparable but I’m very happy to receive this and have the opportunity to review such an amazing item

Life changing, I can't watch TV or movies any othe

The Sony Bravia Theatre System 6 was life changing for us. We can't watch TV or movies any other way now. It's powerful and immersive sound really takes you inside what you watching and experiencing. You can hear and feel everything coming from all around you thanks to the sound bar, rear speakers, and sub woofer!!! I love the remote, which is easy to use. The app has even more controls that are also easy to use. Both of these make night watching easy and enjoyable in case people in the home are sleeping. I think this system is so worth it! We can't wait to come home and watch movies and even listen to our music from apps on the TV. My only complaint was about set up. It was very easy to scan and start set up and complete it for the system. However, as far as the settings for my TV, it didn't explain that so I had to play with it a bit to get that to work. My TV is compatible, there were just no instructions or guidance on what to do. Once it was set up, the experience began and now I'm looking to upgrade my TV! I'm thinking Sony Bravia to go with this system! I love this system so much and so does my daughter! Everyone I have shown has been blown away!

Awesome system

Really great speaker system! The sound quality is amazing and the speaker quantity is perfect. I love that you can control the voice enhancement through the app and also put it into night mode. My dad loves to watch action movies on the weekends, and on nights that I have to sleep early, night mode really brings down the booms and explosions. The only thing I wish it had was a small screen on the soundbar that would reflect volume level and what input the speakers are on, without having to get on the app.
