Rash on my face

After using it for 3 weeks, my skin become red then become rash on the 4th week. I tried yo contact someone to help me return this item, but no one has reach back to me yet. There is the link on the website but with AI chat. I requested the return label last week but nothing yet. Shiseido is my everyday skincare routine, but not this product. How do i get a hold of someone to help me return this product?

Lighten the spots

I have been using the micro-spot serum for more than 10 years. Although the spots don't totally disappear, it lightens the spot and prevents getting more. So I have to continue using it even though it's pricey.
