Great purchase amazing vacuum
Easy to use easy to assemble and makes cleaning a breeze. This shark vacuum is just what I didn't know I needed & with my Macy's star points the price could not be beat. Very happy đ lightweight, heavy suction power easy to convert between handheld modes to get into every crevice.

Quiet and smooth
I love this vacuum so much. Iâve had it for six years. It does a great job. It is quiet and move. Smooth. Highly recommend this vacuum to anyone thatâs looking for one.!!!!

Easy to use but very fragile
I purchased this vacumn cleaner about a year and a half ago for use on our tile floors. I used it once weekly or less on a very small area. With absolutely no trauma, the wand (plastic) just snapped while in use. When I looked for the replacement part, they wanted about half of what I paid for the vacumn. I guess you get what you pay for. No more Shark for me.

It's good, but heavy
've been really happy with this vacuum overall. I have a long-haired cat, so pet hair is a constant battle, and this vacuum is powerful enough to get the job done. The dust cup is very easy to empty, and it maneuvers well around furniture and tight spaces. My only two complaints are that it's very tall, and as someone who's on the shorter side, it can feel a little awkward to use. Also, while it's advertised as lightweight, it definitely feels heavier than I expected. After about 15 minutes of vacuuming, it starts to feel like an arm workout. It's not unbearably heavy, but I do think it could be lighter. Overall, though, it's a strong, effective vacuum that performs really well, especially if you have pets. I would recommend it.

Was better when we first got it
When we first Got this vacuum it was 5 stars. It sucked up so much dirt and dust as well as dog hair from our carpets. I love the attachments to get into the couch or hard to reach places. However over time, this vacuum has lost its suck and hardly picks up anything at all. And very top heavy which sometimes makes cleaning cumbersome!

Good suction
I have 3 dogs, and 3 cats that live inside and all hardwood floors. If you keep the filter cleaned, this is an excellent machine to use throughout the house.
