Great machine

I’m really happy with my machine overall. It is great at picking up dog hair, and my absolute favourite features are the self-emptying function and automatic recharging. These make cleaning much more convenient and hassle-free. The main downside is the battery life. On a single charge, it will only allow me to do a quick clean of my unit if I want to complete everything in one go. It also struggles to pick up leaves from my small indoor plants, as the nozzle is too small for them. Despite these minor issues, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it, particularly for homes with pets.

Does not live up to promise. Would not bother.

Bought this expecting that it would clean our carpets efficiently. We have three dogs. The major problem is that the tube from the head to the dust cannister is so narrow. it becomes easily blocked with hair and debris. It has to be disassembled and manually cleared. Head get stuck in position. Suction is intermittant.

Blocks up all the time

Bought this for our Fire Station and blocks up and have to unblock it all the time. It is just low pile carpent and lino. It is great that it self empties but not to empty as we have done it by hand.

Better than a Dyson

Very pleased with our purchase, picks up larger dirt bits from wood floors way better than our old Dyson. I love the ability to bend the neck to reach under furniture with ease. It's light and easy to manoeuvre and I also love the self clean functionality. So many cool features, I would highly recommend.

Not worth it

Flimsy, cheaply made, suction is not that great and runs out of battery pretty quickly. Often clogs up in the stick due to poor auto empty.. no impressed with this at all.. I brought something else because it is very poor quality
