Product fine, fulfillment shipped wrong product

They shipped the wrong product. The photo on the product page is the English language days of the week, the product that arrived has the Spanish language days of the week. I have nothing against Lunes e Martes, Miercoles e Jueves, Viernes e Sabado, Domingo la semana... But I didn't order that UPC code, or the photos are wrong. The product is nice, sure and the price was good, but had to return it. Website wouldn't let me exchange it and really, would I get the right product the second time?

There was no protective barrier between the watch and the stem. Also the watch was running right out of the box. It should not have been activated before I received it.
