So so pillow

I liked the gel feature,however,I wasnt sure how its suppose to keep your head,face cool,if it has covering on it,also,I personally needed a firmer pillow. All in all,I took the pillow back.

Best Pillow!

The pillow does keep you cool and it is a nice firm pillow. My husband had purchase his over 4 years ago and the pillow’s shape and coolness is the same as it was.

Not cool

Not what I expected. I have a cool gel pillow that looks a lot like this pillow and the gel is actually cool to the touch. This pillow is not cool to the touch. Returned item.

Bit firm but I guess I should have known since it’s memory form follow. Love the cooling feeling.

Firm but cool

Love the cool feel of this pillow - on both sides. The gel side is much more firm and a bit cooler than the other side, but both are pretty firm and cool. Great for hot flashes and your head stays comfortable all night. Worth the cost, especially since I got it for 60% off. I wold definitely recommend.
