Disappointing Quality –Not Up to Bloomies standard

I was excited to receive these black booties with pointed toe and gold heel, but unfortunately, they arrived in disappointing condition. They appeared to be a floor model, with visible scratches on the metal heel, uneven edges, and generally poor finishing. This was the first time I’ve received merchandise like this from Bloomingdale’s, which was surprising given their usual standards. I returned them the next day, and while I appreciate the quick refund, I was disappointed to lose my reward points despite receiving damaged goods. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this brand.
