Design flaw

Wanted to love these -they fit true to size and were comfortable with one significant design flaw - once you buckle them, the excess strap after the leather goes through the buckle hole just sticks STRAIGHT out to the side and there's nothing you can do about it. It looks ridiculous. Returning
