Not As Durable As Expected
I purchased this large spinner case as part of a 3-piece set. The first time this piece was baggage checked at the airport it was badly damaged and broken. Granted, I do not know how the flight baggage handlers loaded/unloaded the case, but it should be much more durable than to break on its first trip. Definitely not as durable as expected, and I am quite disappointed.

Bad quality
I have owned Samsonite luggage bags before and I have been satisfied with the quality. After 15 years, I thought its time to update my luggage sets. This Winfield model turned out the be a bad selection for me. One of the bag's shell cracked and the other bag wheel broke - just on our second trip.

Beautiful color
I love the hard sided Samsonite. This blue stands out. I replaced it because a Southwest Airlines put a hole and a slit in my suitcase.

Great suitcases
I love this suitcase. It is my third purchase of your products. I do miss the side pockets you had in the older suitcases otherwise it's great. The wheels are the best making the suitcase move with ease.

Few issues
Handle is not very sturdy or smooth. TSA lock is not good at all.

Outer shell broke on first use!
Bought this to use on a trip, and it cracked on the top when it turned on it's side. It wasn't dropped. This should be a lot more durable. Looking to return it.
