Samsonite Silhouette 18 Expandable Medium Check-in Spinner was my choice after 2 hrs of physically doing a full check of various quality luggage. The Silhouette met all the features I was looking for various modes of travel. Built in combo zipper lock. Exterior front pockets are well designed and roomy compared to other brands. Exterior of case is solidly firm, opens such as full case is, unlike the hard plastic ones that open in the middle. Expandable if needed. Wheels smoothly no matter which direction. Pullout handle locks in 6 different lengths and when closed, still easy to grip to roll the case. Easy to lift into a vehicle even if 4'11'' tall. 10 yr warranty.

Styilish travel
This is a beautiful suitcase. The functionality is terrific, with the clamshell design. It allows you to segregate your holdings well and secure them nicely for travel. It is easily accessible where needed and also just looks terrific

Everything I Need
I bought this carry on and used it as soon as I got it. Lots of pockets and room to put things. It even has a hanger for my Apple AirTag that is not easily discoverable. Love this suitcase.

Soft body versus hard body luggage
Light weight and way easier to open better than the hard body’s don’t have to split open to get access to entire content they always been my favorite

Exceeds Major Airlines Carryon Size Limits
Purchased this carryon today after comparing lots of alternatives. Unfortunately, when I got it home I discovered its size exceeds the major airlines carryon limits. Too bad, because it's really a nice piece of luggage. Going to return it tomorrow.

This is a beautiful piece of luggage! After hours of research and consideration, I chose the Silhouette Softside luggage and I couldn’t be happier about my choice. The piece is well-designed and durable at an excellent price point. I especially love I can pack my things and access them easily from the case without having to unpack it all at my destination.
