Poor craftsmanship

I was so excited my luggage arrived today. Unfortunately I took it out of the box, pushed the handle and it came apart. It appears they never placed the 2 screws in on the right side of the handle! Where’s the QA? I ordered another hopefully this one works and arrives before I have to leave!!! Maybe I should have stayed loyal to Tumi??

So far, so good!

I spent a ton of time comparing well-known/reliable brands with trending newer brands, and I'm really happy with this purchase so far. The handle is super comfortable, the wheels couldn't be smoother, it's lightweight, and the color is exactly what I expected from the photos. I haven't traveled with it yet so I'm not sure how sturdy it will end up being, but so far I have no regrets!

Samsonite suitcase

This suitcase is a nice middle size one with a useful organizer in it. I like that it has a hard outer case and that it locks and passes TSA rules for locks. I also like the color of blue that it is.

This traveled to Italy with us!

Bought the luggage and traveled around Italy for eight days. Very manageable size. Rolled well. The handle popped up and down easily to pull the luggage around. Rolled well on the cobblestones.
