Disappointed
The first time taking this bag on a flight to Italy and it broke to the point that my clothes got since it was raining. Samsonite says a claim must be made at airport and since I didn't see damage till I was in hotel that was impossible. What's the point of a warranty? Luggage also looks like its been in a battle.

Light, strong, and easy to pull. Holds a lot!
Great lightweight, durable medium size suitcase. It easily holdseverything I need for a 7-day trip without going over weight. The wheels spin freely making this case very easy to pull along and maneuver through busy airports. Glides smoothly. I expect it’ll last for years.

Don’t buy this color!
I purchased this luggage in Stone Grey a few days prior to my flight and I wished I hadn’t! When I got to my destination, I could not believe the condition of it; filthy and scratched up! Seeing it immediately put me in a bad mood. This particular color should be significantly reduced. I’m so glad I refrained from buying an additional piece.

Non-Compliant
Most airlines maximum dimensions are 22x14. This bag is 23x15 non compliant with a majority of airlines. Good luck.

Poor craftsmanship
I was so excited my luggage arrived today. Unfortunately I took it out of the box, pushed the handle and it came apart. It appears they never placed the 2 screws in on the right side of the handle! Where’s the QA? I ordered another hopefully this one works and arrives before I have to leave!!! Maybe I should have stayed loyal to Tumi??

So far, so good!
I spent a ton of time comparing well-known/reliable brands with trending newer brands, and I'm really happy with this purchase so far. The handle is super comfortable, the wheels couldn't be smoother, it's lightweight, and the color is exactly what I expected from the photos. I haven't traveled with it yet so I'm not sure how sturdy it will end up being, but so far I have no regrets!
