Disappointed

Just received this suitcase. Beautiful green color. However, the handle is very difficult to pull out and to retract. I will be returning. I went with Samsonite because of perceived quality. Unfortunately this is no longer the case.

Handle not well made

I loved the green color since it will stand out at airport luggage carousels and its light weight. I returned it because the handle which is used to roll the luggage seemed very thin and flimsy and did not smoothly retract into luggage. I’m disappointed. Samsonite needs to spend more time making a sturdier handle which glides in and out. Seems like it will snap at an airport

dimensions not as advertised

According to the website - "External dimensions- 29.75" H x 20" W x 11.5" D". We ordered 2 of these suitcases because they're lighter & advertised as bigger than the ones we currently have. When we opened up the box & measured, they ARE 29.75" H but are 18" W and 10.25" D. If you are needing to be specific about the size, the advertised dimensions are innaccurate.

Sizes don't match

External dimensions advertised did not match actual external dimensions measured. Bag is smaller then expected. I returned it. Pretty annoying.
