Bought a set of checked and carry on bags. Trip #1 with checked bag on a two-leg flight resulted in a hole through in the actual material. Samsonite did replace the bag since it was the first trip with the luggage. Trip #2 with a new checked bag (typical four-leg air trip) resulted in a bag coming out with most all of the front surface absolutely filthy, black, stained. Very unimpressed with the wearability and strength of the material. Samsonite recommends scrubbing the suitcase, but a checked bag shouldn’t need to be scrubbed after one trip on a major airline. Reported to Samsonite, no corrective action.

Best carry on out there

Luggage

Looking for that size, weight and portability
The item is done to the minimal details and very good materials. It has inner accessories to carry a folded shirt and the toiletry. Its inner space is very well designed and it lets me to add items for 5 days. As a spinner, you do not need to drag it, a thing I hate. I am a frequent traveler and I was looking for that exact size, which is bigger for the cabins of domestic flight carriers and the internal European ones, but it works when I do overseas trips for 5 days and I do not want to check in luggage and when I take trains. This piece replaces my 15 year-old silhouette and supposes a superior evolution to me.

Samsonite Excels with Elevation Plus
Excellent suitcase, well made, lightweight but holds a lot. Extremely maneuverable with its durable wheels. Using it now for trip to Europe and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Exceeds Carry-on Size Limits - But Amazing Bag
This is a sleek, high-quality soft-sided bag that I'm hoping to take on frequent work travel, where I'll need to bring it into the office and customer meetings. I used Samsonite's fantastic airline baggage allowance tool, so I knew this bag exceeded limits when I purchased it. However, my previous carry-on also exceeds limits and I've been able to get away with it nearly every flight. This one is noticeably bigger. I might give it a try, but I may have to return it. Please make this same style in a true carry-on!
