  • Took 2 pics, hard to see since I have the black set. Seam for the upper is completely undone and luggage is unusable :(
  • It's sitting in my larger luggage, this is the zipper for the carryon size, seam completely came apart. :(
  • Zipper broke before 1st trip!

Sturdy & Heavy but light on storage space

Pros: - Wheels are great - the handle is sturdy, so easy to maneuver - The outside laptop storage is handy Cons: - The outside liner storage has like an steel bar as a protective casing that protrudes inside the bag. This actually takes up a lot of space and is quite inflexible. The outside laptop storage doesn't actually close very well if you have anything more than a flat screen/laptop (i.e if you put like your chargers or cables in there). For the amount of space it takes up inside the bag, it is not as functional as I had hoped it would be. - Heavy; I didn't realize it at first, but it can get quite heavy, compared to some other carry on. That's my fault though. I should've known better.

Quality Product

Purchased two cases for an extended trip to Europe with my wife. The bags are designed well. Departmentalized areas for better organization with flexibility to change. Color and design are nice, spinners work well, lock is easy to program and use and a solid design. I conducted a good deal of research prior to purchasing and they have lived up to my expectations. Overall a very nice bag.

Tough but light

This is a solid suitcase that includes multiple useful features like a wet goods compartment and garment hanger. Also includes nice modern items like TSA lock and AirTag pocket. It takes a lickin and keeps on packing 😀
