Zippers break and they know
The luggage looks nice, but the the zippers are designed to be replaced, which means they easily break off. After only 2 short trips in 6 months, 2 of the zippers are broken. They expected this to happen based on the tag sewn into the bag. Also, the url in on the repair tag doesn’t work. I’d avoid the headache of this bag.

Great upgrade!
Needed to upgrade from my falling apart carry on and wanted something other than black or gray. The packing cubes, hard cover, and four wheels sealed the deal on this purchase.

Ease of raising the handle on luggage is crucial
The carry-on will be returned because it is almost impossible to raise the pull handle.

Nice but color was way off
I liked this suitcase, especially the compartment for my laptop, but the color is way off. Maybe I’m being petty but it’s more like a forest green but it’s shown as a light aqua green. I am disappointed in the color discrepancy but I kept it because it seems to be a quality piece at a good price.

perfect set
I love that this is hardshell luggage but with a slight flex. It's an interesting material. Helps it to not get so beat up. I just took 3 flights with the set and it held up nicely considering the rough handling it received. the green color looks so good in-person, I got so many compliments.

Nice but broke
Nice looking bag but zipper broke after only 3 trips. Samsonite claims it wasn't covered under warranty so I had to pay to fix it. I've bought cheaper bags that lasted much longer. I wanted to buy the smaller piece to match the set but changed my mind. Don't want to waste my money again.

Do not buy it
Definitely not recommeded. I bought the carry on and the large check-in models. The carry on loose a lot of space due to the laptop storage, it is definitely not well designed. And my large check-in model luggage has issues with the zippers and I was told the Samsonite was going to contact me and I'm still waiting (i've been waiting for over a year).
