Where’s quality assurance

Beautiful warm jacket except THEY SENT ME ONE WITH A SMALL SLIT IN THE SLEEVE WHERE DOWN FEATHER WAS STICKING OUT. ICING ON THE JACKET ???!!!! I had to return it and lost 20% cash back through Rakuten

This was a frustrating coat because the zipper catches on the Sherpa trim and it is very difficult to zip and unzip
